INFORMATION ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
AKON GROUP INTERNATIONAL INC. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") as the data controller, will ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law and will take necessary security measures to protect your privacy, using your personal data in compliance with relevant legislation. Our aim is to inform you in the most transparent manner about the ways in which your personal data is obtained, the purposes of processing, the parties with whom it is shared, the legal reasons, and your rights, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.
General Information About the Law
Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law") was adopted on March 24, 2016, and was published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. Law No. 6698 aims to protect fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals, especially the privacy of private life, and to regulate the obligations of natural and legal persons who process personal data and the procedures and principles they must comply with.
Scope of Information
This Information includes our customers, visitors of our customers, potential customers, visitors, customer candidates, business partners and suppliers, and other third parties who share their personal data with our Company.
2.1. What are the Purposes and Legal Reasons for Processing Your Personal Data?

Customer/Customer Candidate-Employee Candidate Relations: For the purpose of being used in the bidding process, promoting our Company, conducting advertising and marketing activities, measuring customer and/or customer candidate portfolios, sending our bids if requested for fee quotation within the scope of services provided by our Company's activity areas, and for examining the resumes of employee candidates and determining suitable candidates for the company; your name, surname, email address, phone number, IP address, and related company, corporate communication, and personal information may be processed based on being made public, explicit consent, as long as it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms for the legitimate interests of our Company, and legal reasons.
2.3. Ensuring Security: For ensuring security at the Company, in the Company's workplace and offices, preventing possible accidents, tort or criminal acts, or possible events that may constitute a crime, and informing the relevant law enforcement authorities, authorized administrative and judicial authorities if prevention is not possible, for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms based on legal reasons; entry-exit records, cookies, audio and video recordings, IP address, title, company worked for, corporate communication information, alarm and security reports, cameras, alarm systems, and audio and video data with monitoring and recording features are collected.
2.4. Conducting Customer, Business Partner, and Supplier Contract Processes: For determining and implementing commercial and business strategies, executing contracts signed within the scope of the Company's activities, fulfilling the Company's obligations arising from the Contract, financial operations conducted by our Company, communication, procurement operations (demand, offer, evaluation, order, budgeting, contract), internal system and application management operations, and legal operations management; for updating and developing customer needs, legal and technical developments, for contact/communication with Customer representatives, for use as business/project references, for the establishment of contracts and for controlling the authority of personnel authorized to sign contracts, for the performance of contracts within the scope of contracts related to logistics cooperation with third parties, your personal data such as the names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses of our Customers, Business partners, and supplier representatives are processed for reasons necessitated by legal reasons.
2.5. Information about Persons or Organizations to Which Your Personal Data May Be Transferred
In addition to the purposes mentioned above, your personal data obtained within the scope of the above articles;
b. To persons or organizations required by the Tax Procedure Law, Court of Accounts Law, Law on the Prevention of Laundering of Crime Revenues, Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering, Turkish Commercial Code, Code of Obligations, Identity Notification Law, and other legislation, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller based on legal reasons,
c. To authorized public institutions and organizations, Governorship, Ministry of Interior, law enforcement agencies, General Directorate of Security, public prosecutors, and other judicial authorities requesting data due to legal reasons, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller based on legal reasons,
d. Due to our Company being subject to independent auditing companies under the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, to internal and external audit companies and auditors, for the fulfillment of the legal obligations of the data controller based on legal reasons,
e. To contracted lawyers and financial advisors for the fulfillment of legal obligations of the data controller due to legal reasons, for the execution of lawsuits, follow-ups, and legal procedures,
f. To intermediary service providers with whom we have agreements for sending our communications to our customers, based on legal reasons necessitating the processing of personal data of parties to the contract or related to the performance of the contract,
may be transferred.

Rights of the Personal Data Subject According to Article 11 of Law No. 6698
As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights, the Company will process your request as soon as possible depending on the nature of the request.
In this context, personal data subjects have the rights to:
a. Learn whether personal data is processed,
b. Request information if personal data is processed,
c. Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used appropriately,
d. Learn the third parties to whom personal data is transferred, domestically or abroad,
e. Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of the transaction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within this scope,
f. Request deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data cease to exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request notification of the transaction to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred within this scope,
g. Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
h. Request compensation for damages in case of damage due to the unlawful processing of personal data.
You can submit your request regarding the exercise of the above rights, in Turkish and in writing, or through registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified to the Company and registered in our system, in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 and the Communique on Procedures and Principles Regarding the Application to the Data Controller dated 10.03.2018 numbered 30356. Only information about the applicant will be provided in the applications, and it will not be possible to obtain information about other family members and third parties. The Company reserves the right to verify your identity before responding.
