Turnkey EPC Works for the Waste Tire Pyrolysis and Power Plant Project.

Project works included of design, supply, construction and electromechanical works.

Scope included EPC construction of 4 units of 15 tons/day pyrolysis reactor and auxiliary systems, 2 x 1.5MW HFO Engines and auxiliary systems, waste tire processing unit, switchyard, power transmission line and 0.5MW solar energy panel supply and installation. With the completion of the project, annually 15,000 tons of waste tire will be recycled to carbon black, steel wire and pyrolysis oil. 19,000,000 kWh of electricity will be generated annually by using the recycled pyrolysis oil as fuel for the installed engines.
